As a reminder, the city of Westminster does allow Safe and Sane fireworks in the city from 10 AM to 10 PM on July 4th. These fireworks must have the state fire marshal seal and be on private property or arterial streets only, not on major public streets or parks. The city of Westminster website actually recommends going to Huntington Beach for their annual 4th of July celebration that is the largest west of the Mississippi!
