Welcoming Summer: Keep Our Community Beautiful
As we enter the summer season, we would like to encourage all residents to take the opportunity to enhance their front yards. Regular maintenance activities, such as weeding, mowing the lawn, and watering as necessary, play a significant role in preserving the vibrancy and aesthetic appeal of our community. By working together, we can elevate the overall attractiveness of our neighborhood. We appreciate your commitment and dedication to this important effort. Thank you.
Keeping Our Community Safe : Leash Reminder
We would like to remind all residents that, in accordance with community rules and local regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when being walked or when present in any common areas of the community.
This policy is in place to help ensure the safety of all residents, pets, and visitors, and to maintain a clean and respectful living environment for everyone.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe and enjoyable for all.
Trash Bin Placement Reminders
We request your attention to the following guidelines regarding the placement and storage of trash bins within our community.
Please ensure that trash bins are placed at the curbside no more than 12 hours before collection day and promptly removed from the curbside within 12 hours after service.
Additionally, please store your trash bins in areas that are not visible from the common areas.
Adhering to these guidelines will help us collectively maintain the curb appeal of our community.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
