Proper Storage of Sports & Recreational Equipment

As a friendly reminder, basketball hoops, soccer nets, bicycles, and other sports or recreational equipment should not be stored or left in the common areas or areas visible from the Common Area.

When these items are not in active use, please remove them from the Common Area and store them inside your property or garage.

Keeping roads, walkways, and Common Areas free of personal belongings helps maintain the community’s appearance and prevents potential safety or access issues.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the community clean, orderly, and enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Use of E‑Bikes, Scooters, and Similar Devices

All electric bicycles (e‑bikes), skateboards, scooters, and similar devices operated within the gated community must strictly comply with the Association’s CC&Rs as well as applicable Westminster municipal ordinances.

Residents and their guests are required to observe all posted speed limits, operate these devices in a safe and controlled manner, and yield at all times to pedestrians. Reckless operation, including excessive speed or behavior that creates a nuisance or safety hazard, will not be tolerated.

The use of speed bumps, curbs, or any community structures as ramps for jumping, stunts, or other disruptive activities is strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that any violations resulting in disturbance to residents, damage to property, or risk to safety may result in enforcement action by the Association, including but not limited to warning notices, fines, and other remedies permitted under the governing documents.

Welcoming Summer: Keep Our Community Beautiful

As we enter the summer season, we would like to encourage all residents to take the opportunity to enhance their front yards. Regular maintenance activities, such as weeding, mowing the lawn, and watering as necessary, play a significant role in preserving the vibrancy and aesthetic appeal of our community. By working together, we can elevate the overall attractiveness of our neighborhood. We appreciate your commitment and dedication to this important effort. Thank you.
