The Annual Meeting has been rescheduled due to a lack of quorum to Thursday, June 1, 2022 at 6 PM at 13693 Eastbridge, Westminster, CA 92683 and via Zoom teleconference.

The Association Bylaws require a minimum of 50% or 64 ballots on the first attempt at quorum. The percentage required to make quorum for the adjourned meeting or second attempt, now scheduled for June 1, 2023, is reduced to 25% or 32 ballots. At the current time there have only been 29 ballots received.

In order to achieve quorum, ballots must now be received at Action Property Management by May 31, 2023. Please complete and mail your election ballot before that date so that quorum can be met.
