The Annual Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 2, 2022 at 6 PM due to a lack of quorum. The adjourned meeting is now scheduled to be concurrent with the quarterly Board meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 6 PM at 13693 Eastbridge, Westminster, CA 92683 and via Zoom teleconference.

The Association Bylaws require a minimum of 50% or 64 ballots on the first attempt at quorum and at the current time there have only been 25 ballots received. The percentage required to make quorum for the adjourned meeting or second attempt is reduced to 25% or 32 ballots.

In order to achieve quorum, ballots must now be received at Action Property Management by May 1, 2023. Please complete and mail your election ballot before that date so that quorum can be met.
