The Westminster Police have arrested the package thieves that were praying on the Association and other nearby neighborhoods.  They notified the Board of the arrest on March 1 and stressed how important it was that residents in the local communities provided key information the police.  The description of the thieves and their vehicle that neighbors provided to the police, along with the vehicle license plate number, allowed them to make the arrest.  They said the key information for the police was the license plate number and make and model of the vehicle. It is still important for everyone in the community to be vigilant and continue diligently picking up packages, retrieving mail every night and contacting the police to make a report of any thefts that occur.
