With summer winding down and school starting up again soon, it is a good idea to remember some key vehicle and community access safety tips.

1. Keep your vehicle speed down especially inside the gates and in school zones. 
2. Stop completely at all stop signs. 
3. Slow down in neighborhoods and over speed bumps where children may be playing. 
4. Park and lock your car in the garage to avoid theft.
5. Lock your car and hide valuables if left out on the driveway.
6. Do not share the Association access code with others.
