Dear Centerstone Westbridge Homeowners,

The Centerstone Westbridge Homeowners Association made its first attempt to conduct the election on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. Unfortunately, a quorum of ballots was not obtained and the election could not be held. The second attempt to conduct the election will be held on September 9, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held via Zoom due to COVID-19. The information to access the meeting is below:

The quorum requirement drops to 25% for the subsequent attempts to hold the election. Therefore, a quorum is 32 ballots. We currently have 28 ballots. In order to conduct the election, we need at least 4 more ballots. If you have not sent in your ballot already, please make sure to mail it to: Majority Rules, LLC., Post Office Box 608, Yorba Linda, CA 92885 so that it is received by September 9, 2020. If you have lost or misplaced your election materials, please email maoc@actionlife.com to request another set of materials be mailed to you. Please make sure to include your name, onsite address and mailing address when submitting your request.

If quorum is not obtained at the September 9th election, the Association will be holding its third and final attempt to conduct the election on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Board meeting. If quorum is not obtained after three failed attempts, the election will be suspended until 2021.
