Update Rules and Regulations

The Board of Directors would like to take the time to update the community on two very important updates that you may not be aware of.  First, the Association adopted a rule with regards to short term rentals in the community (Airbnb, etc.).  This practice is now not allowed within the community, as the results of multiple units renting out their units has created a possible security and safety issue for our community, this is no longer allowed.

With recent changes within the California legislature, it is now required that in order to run for the Board of Directors, you must be an owner.  Along with this new law, is also an additional one that the Association must now contract with a third party contractor to conduct the Annual Election.
